BBC has been revolutionizing Classical Music on the web by beginning to offer downloads of entire Beethoven symphonies. (Even on a cable modem, though, it took a really long time, just for the relatively short Symphony #1.) The whole Beethoven site they've set up is first-rate. Just the right balance between accessible and informed. It's ideal for the casual classical listener but still not dumbed down for the fanatic.
